All Things Are Possible For Us Through The Immeasurable Mercy Of God

How great it would have been if we could trust God’s word and walk in it accordingly! My Bible tells me in Matthew 19:26 that with man, many things may be impossible, but with God, all things are possible. This means that we are not limited in any area because we can do all things through Christ who provides us with strength, ability, ideas, and wisdom to achieve the unachievable.

Satan often pictures our problems as the most terrible ones that have no remedy. He achieves this in so many ways: one by replacing doubt with faith in our hearts. That is when we focus more on the havoc the problem tends to bring rather than the God who can take care of the problem without us having a scare. Psalm 24:1 tells me how influential my God is here on earth and in heaven. “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world and all who live in it.” As simple as this scripture sounds, it provides me with comfort any time I am in a tight situation. Once I manage to reiterate it in my spirit, my courage comes alive because I dwell in the comfort of His word that He owns the earth including my problem.

The devil makes us believe what society says about our problems rather than what God says. The reason is that the society we belong to today doesn’t accept our beliefs and they thrive in damaging God’s word in the heart of the people. We have reached the stage of believing the earthly reports on our matter rather than the heavenly report. You will see people reiterating doctor’s reports as if they are professing God’s word to their situations. I have also been in a situation where a test carried out on me came out not to be in my favor and instead of me standing on God’s word, I began to remind myself of what the doctor said which pushed me farther away from believing in God’s word.

However, one day, I was able to present it to God and asked for Mercy and God replied to me a couple of times that I should go for another test. Yet, I refused by telling myself what the doctor said but as God will have it, the specialist I was referred to, requested another test which came out to be a good one. I was speechless and excitedly went to God to thank Him for making the impossible possible in my life. Maybe you are in a state of losing hope because of what the doctor said. I have good news for you; the report you are holding is no longer yours, go for another test, and you shall share your testimony in the mighty name. Amen.

The accuser of our souls also makes us believe that forgiveness from God is not total. This often hinders God’s moves in our lives, since we still retain guilt in our hearts. Psalm 86:5 testifies to the fact that God is forgiving to those who call on Him. He will not retain sin once you confess and forsake your evil ways, as you have promised in your confession.

“Behold, the LORD’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save, or his ear dull, that it cannot hear; but your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, and your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he does not hear.” Isaiah 59:1-2.

Many times, inappropriate ways of seeking forgiveness make us not be at its benefit. When we see forgiveness as our right rather than something we need to plead for through the blood of Jesus Christ, then we have missed it and this can make the possible things impossible to us. Nothing hinders the flow of God in one\’s life like the pride of heart. God Himself detests the proud; so the proud are not in the good record of God. But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.” James 4:6. It is an act of pride to see forgiveness as ours when we fail to plead for mercy through the blood of Jesus.

Numbers 23:19 says, “God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? Or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?” If you have ever been informed by God that He is going to do something for you or bring a certain promise to pass in your life. I want you to strongly believe that at the appointed time, the wind will blow in your favor, chains will be broken, doors of breakthrough shall be opened, delay shall path ways, and multiple celebrations shall be yours in Jesus’ name. Indeed, everything is possible to us through Christ, our Lord and Savior!
